Processing & Fulfillment Time

At Astrid Magnolia, many of our pieces are thoughtfully created on a made-to-order basis to support intentional craftsmanship, sustainability, and small-batch production rather than mass manufacturing.

Unless noted as ready-to-ship inventory, most orders are made to order and may require up to 8 weeks for fulfillment and shipment. While many orders may ship sooner, we believe in taking the time necessary to ensure every piece meets our quality standards and exceeds expectations.

For items currently available in small-batch inventory, orders are processed and shipped within our standard 5–7 business day timeframe.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of elevated order volume, fulfillment timelines may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience and support of slow, intentional luxury.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Available shipping options include:

  • Economy (7–10 business days)
  • Standard (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited (2–5 business days)

Please note that shipping transit times begin once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Availability may vary based on shipping carrier restrictions and local laws.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. International delivery timelines vary by destination and may take approximately 7–21 business days once shipped.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking page.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly at hello@astridmagnolia.shop. We will gladly assist in resolving the matter.

Please note that once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
