Returns, Exchanges & Craftsmanship Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return inquiry within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.

Craftsmanship & Manufacturing Warranty

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

Should you experience a manufacturing issue such as a detached pin, post, or related hardware concern within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange the product at no additional cost. Customers are responsible only for the return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for exchange.

Beyond the initial 30-day exchange window, we proudly continue to offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Care Program covering eligible craftsmanship-related repairs to help preserve the longevity of your piece for years to come. To utilize this warranty, customers must retain their original receipt and order number as proof of purchase.

Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and craftsmanship-related concerns and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, excessive force, improper storage, normal wear over time, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

*To evaluate warranty eligibility, a careful assessment will be conducted prior to approval. Customers may be required to provide clear photos and/or video documentation of the issue for review by our team. Each request is carefully reviewed to determine eligibility based on the nature of the concern and the condition of the piece.

Whenever possible, we prioritize thoughtful repair and restoration to extend the life of each piece in alignment with our commitment to intentional craftsmanship and sustainability.
